The last meeting in 2003 was held at the Red Lion in Dodleston, close to Chester,
Cheshire.

Although the weather forecast for the day was said to be wet and windy, the rains lifted as if by magic about a half an hour before the meeting started and held off until just after the meeting finished. As you can see from the pictures it was quite a pleasant afternoon and the sun even put in a guest appearance for
the meeting. Perhaps the big fella upstairs has a Baby Benz fascination as well?

This meeting was attended by Six cars, and 11 people overall, with a few new
members attending.

A special welcome goes to Richard and his wife Ann who also won the best turned out A-Class of the day with their A160

We all enjoyed a hearty meal and drinks in the Red Lion and of course the conversation was purely A-Class!

All who attended commented that this was again a superb meeting and we all look forward to the next in the new year and seeing more new members attending the next meetings. We won't bite, promise!

As this was the last meeting of the year, talk turned to next year's
meetings, the dates and the venues. Those who attended had various ideas but a decision was made to allow members of this site to decide. This should be done by sending a private message to the webmaster, then any suggestions will be put to a vote early next year.
